Backlink Builder
Business listings, profiles and citations with every link checked on the live page.
What it does
The Backlink Builder helps you get listed on legitimate business directories, profile sites and industry platforms. SEOSID writes your business details with AI, picks the sites that fit your business, prepares every submission and then checks the real public page for a link to your website. A backlink only counts (and only uses a credit) once that link is found.
The steps
- Business profile. Open Backlink Builder > Business profile. SEOSID reads your website and drafts your descriptions. Check every field, correct anything that is not exactly right, and approve it. SEOSID never invents addresses, staff, certifications, customers, awards or reviews.
- Email (optional). Connect the mailbox you use for sign-ups (IMAP, with an app password for Gmail and Outlook). SEOSID finds the confirmation emails sites send you. It only reads emails from the sites you submitted to and never deletes anything.
- Opportunities. Choose sites. Only sites that fit your country, industry and plan can be selected.
- Campaign. Pick how many submissions per day, which days, and the minimum time between them.
- Submit. Each day, SEOSID prepares submission kits. Open a kit, copy the fields into the site, then tell SEOSID what happened: live (paste the listing address), waiting for an email, or waiting for the site's review.
- Verified. SEOSID opens the listing page. If it finds your link, the backlink is verified and one credit is used. Links are re-checked during the monitoring period and you are told if one disappears.
Submitted, approved, verified, indexed
- Submitted: you sent your details to the site.
- Approved: the site published your listing.
- Verified live backlink: SEOSID found a link to your website on the public page.
- Indexed: the page is in Google's index. Only search engines decide this; nobody can guarantee it.
Credits
- One credit = one verified backlink. Failed, rejected and duplicate submissions never use credits.
- A credit is reserved when a submission starts and returned automatically if no qualifying link appears.
- Free accounts get a one-time welcome allowance; paid plans get credits every month. Extra credit packs are on Backlink Builder > Credits.
What runs automatically
- Publishing platforms with an official API (DEV.to, Hashnode): connect your account once in Email & connections; SEOSID writes a useful article with your link and publishes it, then verifies the link. No clicks.
- Confirmation emails: with a connected mailbox, SEOSID opens the confirmation link from the site you submitted to as soon as it arrives.
- Logins: SEOSID creates the username and password for each site and keeps them encrypted; they are in the submission kit and, if you choose, in your report.
- Failures: SEOSID diagnoses every failed submission, rewrites and retries the ones it can fix, and retires sites that keep failing.
Directories without an official integration are completed with the prepared kit (a few copy-and-paste steps). CAPTCHAs are always completed by you; SEOSID does not use CAPTCHA-solving services.
Managed by SEOSID
On managed plans, the SEOSID team completes your submissions for you. You launch the campaign and follow the progress; there are no kits to fill in.
- SEOSID creates the account on each site (email, username and password) and keeps the login for you. You find it on each submission and in the backlink report.
- Confirmation emails are opened automatically.
- Submissions show "In progress by the SEOSID team", then "Awaiting site approval", "Published, checking link" and "Link verified".
- If a site needs something only you have (for example a code sent by SMS to your business phone, or a postcard code), you get one notification. Open it, type the answer and send it; the team finishes the submission.
- Credits work the same way: one credit is used only when the link is verified on the live page.
Good practice
- Use the same business name, address and phone everywhere.
- Claim and update an existing listing instead of creating a second one.
- Never write, buy or reward reviews.
- Publish genuinely useful content on publishing platforms; thin or copied posts help nobody.
