AI Blog Studio and the content plan

Write articles from your products, review them, publish now or on schedule, or let a content plan do it.

Write an article

  1. Open AI Blog Studio and click New article (or use a suggested topic).
  2. Give a topic, an optional target keyword, length, tone and products to feature.
  3. SEOSID writes a draft from your real product data. It usually takes about a minute.
  4. Edit the article. Quality checks flag anything that needs fixing, such as missing headings or out-of-stock products.
  5. Approve it to publish now or at a chosen time. WooCommerce stores publish within about 15 minutes; Shopify articles go to your Shopify blog within about 5 minutes.

Length

The length you choose is a minimum: a 900-word article is at least 900 words (usually up to about 10% more). If the first draft comes out short, SEOSID automatically expands it with more depth, not filler. If it is still short, the length check asks you to review it.

Author

Choose who the article is published as in the editor's Author field. On WordPress the list shows your site's users who can publish posts (needs SEOSID plugin 0.9.0 or later); on Shopify, type the author name. Set a default in the content plan. Without a choice, WordPress uses the first administrator.

Images

Add a featured image and images in the text in the editor, and use Preview to see the article as readers will. When the article is published, the images are copied into your store and removed from SEOSID. If WordPress cannot download an image, the article page shows the reason; SEOSID retries the featured image automatically, and you can click Retry images. If your theme does not show featured images on posts, check the theme's blog settings.

Content plan (Growth)

Pick Every week to publish one article on each weekday you tick, or A set number each month. Each ticked day has its own publishing time, so two articles a week can go out on Tuesday at 09:00 and Friday at 15:30. SEOSID picks a fresh topic from your products and writes each article 3 days before its date.

  • Wait for my approval: the draft waits in Blog Studio until you approve it.
  • Publish automatically if all checks pass: it is scheduled for its date only when every quality check passes; otherwise it waits for you.

Each article uses your monthly AI article allowance. If the allowance runs out, the plan pauses and tells you.
