Privacy and your data

What SEOSID reads, what it changes, and how to export or delete your data.

What SEOSID reads

Published products, collections or categories, pages and posts: titles, web addresses, SEO titles and descriptions, word counts, prices, stock status and image ALT text, plus your platform and SEO plugin versions. With Search Console connected, read-only search performance data.

SEOSID never reads customers, orders or payment details.

What SEOSID changes

Only what you approve: SEO titles, meta descriptions, image ALT text, product descriptions (bulk fix), redirects, internal links and blog articles. Every change is recorded and can be rolled back.

AI

Product and page text is sent to our AI provider to write suggestions and articles. It is not used to train AI models.

Export or delete

Under Account settings → Your data you can download everything SEOSID stores about your account or request deletion. Uninstalling the Shopify app removes your shop's data as Shopify requires.
